I was able to go to Meals by Misty at the Trussville location. The store location is so beautiful inside especially for the holidays. They have fridges full of food stocked for purchase. Please use my images to choose some holiday meals! Must haves this holiday season! There is a location also In Homewood if you aren't close to Trussville. The staff at the location were truly friendly, helpful! Not everyone cooks so they may not know the details but can figure it out for you. The building is small but selecting foods for purchase is a large task! I really hope that you can get to a spot and order before the end of the holidays. The holiday menu is a winner! I'm definitely coming back for a large order of desserts like Bread Pudding and squash casserole The new holiday menu dropped and I tried a few options in person to help me order for the holidays: Mac n cheese 8/10 Breakfast casserole 10/10 Cranberry and Bacon Brussels Sprouts 5/10 --did not get the flavor profile Squash Casserole 8/10 Cranberry Sauce 10/10 Cranberry Pecan cheese Log w/ crackers 10/10 Vegetable Lasagna 8/10 Cornbread dressing 6/10 --a bit too sour for my liking Holiday gravy 8/10 -- made the cornbread dressing wayyy better! Sweet Potato Casserole 10/10 Bacon Feta green Beans 9/10 --wanted the feta flavor to be more powerful Bread Pudding 100/10 --this was the best dessert hands down Fruit Crisp 9/10 --sweet and warm

We let Meals by Misty do our Thanksgiving this year and were very pleased! Both my mom and mother in law, who are good cooks, said the food tasted homemade and just like eating at grandma's. The chicken and dressing was wonderful and as good as any homemade I've ever had!

Can't say enough good things about this place. Always friendly service. Love the rewards program. Amazing food. Love the chicken poppy. My favorite by far though is the Jalapeno Dip, it is amazing and I highly recommend giving it a chance if you stop by, you won't be disappointed.

We are moving soon and this allowed us to keep home cooked meals on the menu without the stress. They make you feel like family and the food tastes like your family made it. Such a helpful place. So many options on their menu. Thank you for everything Meals by Misty!

We have become big fans of Meals by Misty since moving to this side of Trussville. They always have great food, and frequently have good sales. They have freezer and refrigerated food sections. They have sides, whole meals, snacks, etc. We've enjoyed everything we've had from here so far, and I know we'll continue to grab meals from here every so often, especially on sales days!

When we moved to this side of Trussville, I was super happy to have Misty close by to try out! She's just a hip and a skip away from me! There are meals, sides, and snacks in both the refrigerated section and freezer section - everything we've had so far has been good! Chicken poppy, sliders, and the honey shrimp, broccoli, and rice! And if you follow her on instagram, you'll find out when she's having deals/specials. I have found that meals in freezer take longer than the recommended time to warm up - just a heads up to others!

We love Meals by Misty! Every meal we have had so far has been amazing! The poppyseed chicken or "Chicken Poppy" is probably our favorite of all! So far we have tried enchiladas casserole, BBQ mac and cheese, lasagna, roasted vegetables, and sausage balls. Everything is delicious even after being frozen and reheated! Also available is homemade snacks like peanut butter power balls, seasoned crackers and chicken salad. You can also stop by and grab lunch to go. Meals by Misty is great and we are so excited to try all the meals.
